These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://viranshicreations.in ("Website") operated by Viranshi Creations ("we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

By accessing our Website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website.

• All products listed on our Website — including Pooja Thalis, Varmala Preservation Frames, Mantra Frames, Ring Platters, Resin Coasters, and seasonal hampers — are handcrafted to order using high-clarity crystal resin, real dried flowers, and metallic gold leafing.
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, and air bubble patterns are inherent characteristics of resin art and are not considered defects.
• Product images on the Website are representative. The final product may vary slightly from the displayed photographs depending on customization, screen settings, and natural material variations.
• For personalized items (custom names, dates, wedding flowers), please verify all spelling and details before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

• Orders can be placed through our Website by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. No user account registration is required.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing due to typographical errors.
• Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout.
• You must provide accurate and complete shipping and contact information. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges are calculated separately based on order weight and destination country, as detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Razorpay wallet payments.
• We do not store your credit/debit card details. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay in a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant environment.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
• For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs levied by the destination country's authorities are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Most products are handcrafted to order. Processing times vary between 2–14 working days depending on the product complexity. Specific timelines are listed on our Shipping & Returns page.
• We currently ship to India, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, UAE, and Australia. Orders to any other destinations will not be accepted.
• Estimated delivery dates are approximate and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
• Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier service for shipment.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once crafting has commenced on a made-to-order or personalized item, cancellations are not accepted.
• To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@viranshicreations.in or via WhatsApp with your order number.

Returns

• Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Personalized items containing custom names, dates, or personal wedding flowers cannot be resold.
• Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged in transit (see Transit Damage Guarantee below).

Refunds

• Approved refunds (for pre-production cancellations) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For transit damage claims, we offer a free replacement rather than a monetary refund. If a replacement cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

• All content on this Website — including product images, photographs, text, logos, brand name, designs, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Viranshi Creations and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Product designs created by Viranshi Creations are original artisan works. Replicating our designs for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

• Our Website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viranshi Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of our products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, courier delays, customs holds, government actions, or network/internet outages.

Handcrafted resin art requires careful handling. To preserve the quality and longevity of your product:

• Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to prevent yellowing or warping
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth only — do not use chemical cleaners, abrasive materials, or submerge in water
• Handle with care — resin art is durable but can crack or chip if dropped on hard surfaces
• Avoid placing hot vessels directly on resin surfaces (use a protective pad)

⚠️ Disclaimer: Damage caused by mishandling, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered under our replacement guarantee.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
